This will be
an annual event at Cearsws
Two days racing with
5 hours practice each day on the best uplift in the country.
The race time from Saturday & Sundays run will be added together
and the person with the fastest
time over the 2 runs will win the Cearsws Cup for 2007.
Trophies for the top 3 in every category.
Fastest Time of the Day wins £100 each day for top 3 overall
times
British Cycling Ranking points for all BC licence holders but you
don’t need a licence to race.
All age categories and even a hardtail category for those that like
it hard & fast.
We will use a different course each day, with four courses to choose
from the original Midland track
the old and new National’s and the amazing new tunnel will
give you the best of all tracks.
Practice (5 Hours) 9.00am to 2.00pm - Racing Starts 2.30pm
Camping from Friday, Hot & Cold Food from tasty Janets Jacet
Potatoes.
Caersws
is the best DH venue in the UK for the choice of tracks to ride
and the uplift service in renowned as the best any where,
Ian Jones always work very hard to get the tracks into the best
condition with constant work being done to improve every year.
The tunnel in now under the uplift road which opens up 4 courses
to choose from.
As ever at all the races we do Extereme medical on hand to take
care of any of those that try just a little bit to hard.
Entry is limited to 300
people so make sure to get yours in asap.
